Man...I hate returning stuff to the store. It seems like there is always some hidden stuff to make it go horrible. I just had a fight with a manager at IKEA...he didn't want to take a lamp back that was broken...he said the 'box was opened' and they could only give me store credit. After 15 minutes of arguing...I gave up. :(
Know the store's return policy before you leave the house. Be prepared! I found this website that has great info and tips. They even have some great deals and stuff.
